The MOU covers the following points:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to establish a framework for mutual recognition and collaboration between EDU and the ICAQAHE in promoting quality education, peace, and stability globally.

2. Objectives

● To foster collaboration in the field of education and quality assurance.

● To promote mutual recognition of accreditation and educational standards.

● To enhance the quality of educational institutions and programs through shared resources and expertise.

3. Areas of Collaboration

The parties agree to collaborate in the following areas:

• Mutual Recognition: Acknowledge and support each other’s accreditation processes and standards and to recognize the Inter-governmental Certificate of Degree Equivalence (ICDE). 

• Capacity Building: Collaborate on initiatives that empower institutions and individuals through education.
