PALAU

The Republic of Palau became the second signatory on June 3rd, 2011.

EDU officially came into existence as an intergovernmental organisation on June 3rd, 2011, in accordance with international law and Article 10 of the signed Framework Agreement.

The Framework Agreement was published on the Palau Government website, which is customary practice for the second signatory to a treaty.
